2. Ordering and Sale Conditions

Placing an order: You submit your name and phone number via the order form. This is an enquiry, not a binding contract.

Confirmation call: A member of our team will call to confirm your order, verify your delivery address, and answer any questions. The sales contract is formed at the point of telephone confirmation.

Prices and currency: All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. The price at the time of your confirmation call is the binding price.

Payment: Payment is made on delivery - cash or card to the courier. We do not accept online payment or store card details.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch, free of charge, by informing our team during the confirmation call or via the contact page.

3. Limitation of Liability and Supplement Disclaimer

Reneva Cellular Essentials is a food supplement. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We are not liable for any decision made on the basis of information on this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our product shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
