DIMITRIOS GRIVAKIS offers a 14-calendar-day return window for Reneva Cellular Essentials, in accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU). This policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

1. Your Right to Return

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return the product, without giving a reason.

2. Conditions for Return

Because Reneva Cellular Essentials is a food supplement, the right of return applies only to unopened products with the original seal intact. Under UK consumer law, food supplements whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene and health protection reasons.
