The capsule shell is made from HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), a plant-derived material, making it suitable for vegetarians. The product is also free from gluten, lactose, and soya.

Taking the Supplement
Take one capsule once a day, with a meal and a full glass of water (at least 200 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The most important factor is consistency - the same time each day, alongside the meal that is most reliably part of your routine. Vitamin D3 is better absorbed with a meal that contains some fat.
Simply continue with your next regular dose the following day. Do not take two capsules to compensate for a missed one.
