Vitamin C - 310 mg
Vitamin C is one of the most studied water-soluble vitamins. In Reneva Cellular Essentials it is provided as L-Ascorbic Acid, the most bioavailable form. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal collagen formation.
Good dietary sources include citrus fruit, berries, kiwi, and bell peppers.
Vitamin B12 - 100 µg
Provided as Methylcobalamin - a coenzyme form that does not require hepatic conversion. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal psychological function.
Dietary sources include meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. B12 is commonly supplemented by those following plant-based diets.
Vitamin D3 - 15 µg
Cholecalciferol is the form of Vitamin D produced naturally in human skin on exposure to sunlight, and the form most efficiently utilised by the body. Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal function of the immune system.
Sunlight exposure is the primary source; dietary sources include oily fish and egg yolk.
